For instance, assume that your new customer has bought Product A for $49. When this sale takes place, you can have amOffers automatically present Product B for $499.
If the person declines this offer, you can then offer Product C (a scaled down version of Product B) for $299.
In this scenario, Product A is the initial sale, Product B is a new product offer, and Product C is a downsell - a fallback position if your customer declines Product B.
This is just one hypothetical scenario.
If the person had said yes to Product B for $499, then you might choose to present a third option - we'll call it Product D - for $1,995.
How you design your "offer funnel" is totally up to you.
Even better, you can have up to 5 offers in your offer funnel. You can set up different products to trigger different offer funnels - or have all products trigger the same offer funnel.
Best of all, the plugin is smart enough to know what products your customer has purchased, so your customer will never see an offer for a product they've already purchased - no matter if that same product is included in your offer funnel or not!

This is a great question, so let me try to explain...
amUpsell lets you upsell just one thing at a time on the thank you page after a person buys a product from you.
If somebody bought a digital camera, you might offer an extra memory card.
But amUpsell is only good for one upsell. It does not let you create an entire offer funnel with multiple products.
This is what amOffers does.
So which plug-in is best for you?
Well, if you have only two directly related products, then you will probably only need amUpsell. But if you have multiple products (directly related or only indirectly related), then you will probably need amOffers.
